Harbour Cruise in Linz

Explore the “heartbeat of steel” of the Upper Austrian Capital

On board of our design ship MS Linzerin you dive deep into the triad of Linz´s culture, industry and nature. The 100 minutes lasting Harbour cruise starts three times daily from Wednesday until Sunday. It cruises along the “culture mile” with its futuristic glass buildings of the Ars Electronica Center, the Lentos Art Museum and the famous copper concert hall “Brucknerhaus”. Then the ship passes the harbour quarter of Linz on the right: In the Winter harbour, Business Harbour, Petrol Harbour and the voestalpine Harbour there throbs the “heartbeat of steel”. On the left side instead the passengers get wonderful views of wide nature reserves. The Linzerin makes an U-turn where the small river Traun enters the Danube. The absolute highlight of the return trip is the entering of the ÖSWAG shipyard – we have an exclusive permission for that!

No entry into harbours in strong winds!
