Yes, at the regular daily cruises they are allowed and free of charge.

At our theme trips there a no dogs allowed.

Yes, bicycles are allowed on our regular daily cruises. The transport costs € 2,- per bicycle no matter which route you are travelling.

Bicycles are not allowed on our theme cruises.

The entrance decks of all our ships are barrier-free and there is toilets which can be entered by a wheelchair. But the way to the middle deck and the sun deck leads upon stairs.

Child discounts:
Children from the age of 6 to 13 get a 50% discount, children up to 5 years are free of charge.
(Some cruises have other child discounts!)

There are no senior discounts available. 

Disabled discount: with a passport with a “B”:
30 %  adults and their attendant
50 % children and teenager up to 19 years

Group discount:
7,5 % discount on the travel ticket (no food included) for groups with 21 or more adults

Note: The discounts aren´t available for cruises with included service like buffet cruises, evening cruises, spare ribs cruises, short trips, theme trips, cruises which included food or drinks. 

All our ships are swimming restaurants. We cook freshly in our board kitchens. More information at Catering on Board.

Gift voucher are valid for the season of its date of issue. If you like to redeem it later and there are changes of the ticket prices, you need to pay the difference.

Our inner decks are a non smoking area. It is allowed to smoke at the sun deck.

No, we only do day trips and don´t have cabins on board. But we offer short trips with overnight stays in hotels. More information here.
